Our Work
This is our page, where we provide environmental friendly practice and ways to reduce pollution and other environment important facts in order to reduce waste and create a more informed community
01

Recycling
Proper recycling is key to reducing waste and conserving resources. It’s important to recycle items like paper, cardboard, glass bottles, metal cans, and certain plastics, usually labeled with recycling symbols. However, items such as plastic bags, Styrofoam, and food-contaminated containers should not be placed in recycling bins. By following local recycling guidelines and sorting materials correctly, we can reduce the amount of waste sent to landfills and promote a more sustainable, eco-friendly community.
02
Pollution
Stopping pollution requires collective action and conscious effort. To reduce pollution, we can minimize our use of single-use plastics, adopt alternative transportation methods like biking or carpooling to reduce emissions, and properly dispose of waste to prevent it from contaminating land and water. Supporting clean energy sources like solar and wind can also reduce reliance on fossil fuels, a major contributor to air pollution. By making small, everyday changes, we can significantly reduce pollution and protect the environment for future generations.

03
Transportation

Transportation plays a crucial role in reducing pollution and promoting an environmentally friendly future. By choosing sustainable options like walking, biking, carpooling, or using public transportation, we can significantly cut down on harmful emissions. Electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid cars also offer greener alternatives by producing fewer or no emissions compared to traditional gas-powered vehicles. Shifting to eco-friendly transportation methods helps decrease air pollution, conserve energy, and lower our carbon footprint, contributing to a cleaner, healthier environment.
04
Food Waste
Food waste is a major contributor to environmental problems, as decomposing food in landfills releases methane, a potent greenhouse gas that accelerates climate change. Additionally, the resources used to grow, transport, and process food—such as water, energy, and land—are wasted when food is thrown away. We can reduce food waste by planning meals carefully, storing food properly, composting leftovers, and donating excess food to those in need. By taking these steps, we can reduce the environmental impact of food waste and promote a more sustainable future.

Statistics

Environmental statistics show the urgent need for action. Over 8 million tons of plastic enter the oceans each year, with projections suggesting that by 2050, plastic could outweigh fish. Air pollution affects 91% of the global population, leading to 7 million premature deaths annually. One-third of the world’s food is wasted, generating 8-10% of global greenhouse gas emissions. Deforestation results in the loss of 18 million acres of forest each year, contributing to 15-20% of emissions. Additionally, 80% of wastewater is released untreated, contaminating water and harming ecosystems. These figures underscore the need for sustainable environmental practices.
